Are you joining our workshops?
Find the Coming Home Workshops here!
A weekend filled with things that will nurture your body, mind and soul.
We will create that by offering you a combination of all the things our teachers love the most:
▫ We will move in Yoga Classes (for all experience and ability levels)
▫ We will find stillness in meditation and Yoga Nidra
▫ We will write and explore while writing.
▫ We will learn more about Climate Change and the effect it has on you
▫ We will dance
▫ We will gather
▫ We will be ourselves
▫ You are exhausted from these pandemic times
▫ You want to create ways to practice actual self care in your own home
▫ You want to create time for yourself and are open to inspiration on how to do that
▫ You want to move beyond the idea that self care is a hot bath and a cup of tea
▫ You love gathering with like-minded people
▫ You are curious to discover new things about yourself
▫ You would love to do it all from the comfort of your home
▫ You like movement, rest, connection and fun

Biddy is the creator and host of Coming Home. She is a Yoga teacher that is fascinated by movement and the mind/body connection. In her in-person and online classes she combines her knowledge by creating movement classes that focus on feeling and sensation instead of recreating an image or picture. She teaches both group and one-on-one classes.
Among other Yoga styles she is certified in Flow, Restorative Yoga, Yoga Nidra and recently finished the Modern Yoga teacher training that focuses on embodied moment.
Her goal is to have you leave your practice feeling good about what you did and even more: good about yourself.
Marcella is our journaling life coach. She is an applied psychologist with a passion for being the imperfect example of how to live wholeheartedly.
Through her coaching & workshops, she helps others to connect to their emotions and thoughts in such a way that it’s easier to live a life that’s meaningful to them.
Lina has found purpose in sharing her yoga - the kind that brings meaningful change in ones life. Practicing yoga and mindfulness regularly has helped her navigate through unwanted change and stressful situations with more ease, calm her anxious mind in dark times of loss and taught her how to take better care of her body, mind, emotions and energy. With a better understanding of herself she learned how to accept all parts of her, to trust and follow her heart, take aligned steps and continue to create a life she wants to live.
She strongly believes that anyone, regardless of their past, can create balance and harmony in their lives, that’s why she continues to share her story, knowledge and experience with anyone who wants to feel better - on and off the mat.
Lina is trained in Chair Yoga, Yin Yoga, Gentle Yoga and Yoga Nidra and currently offers highly customizable online 1:1 yoga and mindfulness sessions.
Eva is a lover of movement and fascinated by the human body! As a yoga teacher she offers her students accessible ways to connect to movement, breath and unapologetically inhabiting their bodies. She is also the founder of We Women Walk, a local walking group in Den Haag (NL).
Eva is a certified 300-hour Vinyasa and Yin Yoga teacher. She loves to bring creative elements to her classes and workshops - from functional movement, dance to somatic practices and self-massaging.
Ely is a creative entrepreneur and writes at ebsnotebook.com, where she shares how she navigates overwhelm in a professional world that values productivity and competition over everything.
She's building an online learning platform to share her strategies with fellow creatives called the Lighthouse Library, a place to ditch hustle culture habits and explore how to replace them with creative flow and restorative work routines.
She believes that facing the facts and understanding the science of climate change while cultivating a relationship with nature are key to soothing an eco-anxious mind and process the grief we feel for ecosystems loss.
Marie comes from France and is a yoga practitioner and teacher as well as a women's circle host. Although her favorite yoga styles are Ashtanga vinyasa and Yin, she likes to pick ideas from different styles to create classes that are varied, nourishing and always accessible to all.
She also likes to learn (and share!) from a variety of different fields, from Ayurvedic nutrition to astrology.

Stephen Lightbown is a Blackburn born, Bristol based poet. Paralysed following an accident in 1996 when he was 16 Stephen uses his poems to give a voice to his disability. He has spoken at events across the UK and at festivals such as Shambala, Womad, Camp Kin and Lyra Bristol Poetry Festival.
