All levels are welcome.
Mats and props are available but you are welcome to bring your own.
As the regulations have changed for indoor classes, masks are not required. The space is big enough to allow us to keep our 1.5 meters of distance. However we will of course respect everyones choice to wear or not wear a mask. No questions, only respect. Do whatever you need to do to feel safe and at ease so we can all enjoy focusing on the good stuff.
