Flow classes, restorative classes and various class series.
At the moment there are no in person group classes in English on a regular basis. For this, you can visit Biddy at Ezzy Fysiotherapie and book a private session with her here.
Financial aid is available for all Yoga Vayu organized classes and events.
If you feel like you and I should get on a Yoga mat together, but don't have the financial means, reach out. I'm quite sure we can work something out.

- loving movement: experience moving in an embodied way, with all the time in the world to explore and be curious
- nourishing stillness: restorative yoga where you will rest supported by blankets and pillows for comfort, yoga nidra for deep rest and we will practice different ways to meditate
- finding and using your voice: through journaling and kirtan where we will sing and chant
