Manduka with Adriene

An appreciation and gratitude post

I would not be a yoga teacher without Adriene. Actually, I'm pretty sure I would be a completely different person if I had not done that first Yoga for lower back video. She changed my relationship with my body and helped me find the path that I now so love being on. I am proud to call her my friend and I am grateful for her and for all the people that came into my life because of her. Practicing with her, and assisting her on the last UK part of roadshow, I met so many kula members that I now call my friends. They are, like her, so special and so loved.

I am over the moon with her collaboration with Manduka and feel so lucky to have gotten these beauties as a gift. This mat and block have been my go-to pair since they arrived and they are simply beautiful. I'm smiling from the moment I walk to my mat! The Pro Lite has been my mat of choice for years. This reversible Pro Lite combines the cushioning and touch I love with two beautiful colors and I still haven't made up my mind about which side I like best structure wise, I think they're both great 😍 The block in the same colors is wonderful, I love the recycled foam block as it's light and not too hard to the touch, yet firm. So perfect to support your body in active and restorative practices.
